Artemisia Sweater - WIPSince I completed the Icelandic Craftsy Class, I decided to try another knitting one. So, I started The Seamless Artemisia Sweater. This is a sweater knit from the top down with set-in sleeves. It’s actually quite interesting since it’s a set-in sleeve technique I have never done before! This sleeve utilizes increases and decreases to create the cap and arm hole. Pretty cool if you ask me.

I used the videos for the short row sections to make sure I was following properly and the set-in sleeve sections. Once past the armholes and lace, it’s a pretty standard sweater, so I’m not relying on the videos that much. I will go and watch them in case there is some neat tip or trick I’ve never heard of before.

I find the knitting instructions for the Craftsy Knitting Classes are a bit vague in sections. I don’t know if that’s done on purpose so that you utilize the videos and platform or if that’s just how the designers write their patterns. I’m thinking it’s to get you to logon to the video.

I also wanted to share how stylish my pugs were for NYE. They got all dolled up!
