in Bayside Pullover, Coastal Knits

IMG_0766It might be 10 degrees Fahrenheit (or -2 with windchill) today, but I’m thinking about spring! Warm weather, pretty flowers, hands don’t feel like bricks of ice…You know, spring.  I’ve been working on the Bayside Pullover from Coastal Knits in a nice purple cotton. Cotton = warm weather. 🙂

I’ve already divided the sleeves from the body and am into the waist shaping. The instructions say to increase/decrease along the side panel of stockinette. Well, it kind of looks poopy that way, so I went one stitch in and it looks very pretty and nice. I’m using Knit Picks Organic Cotton  Sport which looks to be discontinued, so I’m hoping I have enough yarn to finish this. I think I’ll be ok. Maybe?
