Some Spring Knitting

I have had the Blooming Cotton Scarf languishing in my WIP pile since 2009. 2009!!! I would start it, but then have to rip. 400 stitches is a lot. I would always be off somehow. Or I would twist my stitches when joining in the round. So I would rip again. I finally have up for a while. I picked it back up last week and I’m getting so excited about finishing it.

Truth be told, I did twist the stitches when I joined in the round. And guess what – it doesn’t matter. This thing is going to be cut open to make fringe anyway, so it’s just a bit annoying when letting the MC yarn sit there and it gets tangled. I just re-adjust every round.

I’m about halfway through the repeats and color changes, and I’m getting antsy. I want to just sit and finish it! Updates to come when it’s complete!
