Crazy Marbled Cables

I have been mulling over some designs in my head, so what better way to get them out than to start knitting them. This is the first sweater that I am thinking about. Of course in my mind it has sleeves. Don’t fret! Those are coming! If this works out, I am thinking about putting out the pattern. That is if there is interest.

I am using Paton’s Classic Merino Wool. I really like this wool and it is pretty economical. It wears really well, and comes in some great colors. I’m using the marbled natural for the main body and the regular natural for the ribbing.

It’s a top-down construction, which I have been really enjoying. These sweaters seem to knit up rather quickly and you can try it on as  you go. How much fun is that?

So, who misses Yoda? She has missed having photo shoots like she has had in the past. I decided to indulge her a little by pulling out the camera. Have you ever seen a cuter dog?
